The incumbents will collaborate with skilled craftsmen to provide mechanical and plumbing maintenance services on a campus that has seen ongoing investment in new constructions and renovations. They will use extensive workshops and a diverse range of equipment.

The position will be located on a picturesque campus in the countryside near Newport, Shropshire. The university’s estate spans approximately 143 hectares and includes around 30,000 square meters of non-residential buildings, as well as 800 student bedrooms spread across 17,700 square meters.
